We have been hearing for months about Chelsea and Clearlake's plans to launch a multi-club and connect a network of clubs, with Chelsea leading the charge.
After months of discussions and negotiations, it appears we have proof that they have now acquired a stake in French club, Strasbourg.
The agreement is now finalised, as you can see from a very trustworthy French source below that cited the initial information tweet.

It stands to reason that since Molina provided the initial information, there isn't really a lot better or more trustworthy source to report this information.
This is a great move on the part of Chelsea, who will now search for some of their own network teams to accept players on loan, ensuring that these guys actually receive regular playing time and progress in men's football.
