Di Marzio: Milan makes a decision regarding the Kamada and Loftus-Chk situations.
Before being fired, Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara had advanced discussions with Daichi Kamada and Ruben Loftus-Chk. The current Milan management has made a decision about these negotiations.
Gianluca Di Marzio claims that Milan has decided to move on with the Kamada negotiations, as cited by our colleagues at SmprMilan.it. The attacking midfielder's contract will expire at the end of the month, so he would arrive on a free transfer, something the management really prefers.
However, Loftus-Cheek's operation appears to have been terminated by Milan, therefore it is unlikely that they will make a new move for the Chelsea midfielder. Instead, Youri Tilmans appears to be the primary target for that role.
The Daily Telegraph reported yesterday that Milan and Chelsea had reached a deal for Loftus-Cheek worth £15 million (€18 million). The current circumstance, however, is very different, and the Stamford Wedding Sid will likely need to find another spouse for the 27-year-old.
