Chelsea and World Class have reached a personal agreement. Big guy! Blues'really want' to get him.
According to reports, CHELSEA and Inter Milan custodian Andre Onana have a general understanding about personal matters.
Even though new manager Mauricio Pochettino has not yet joined the team, there has been much media speculation that the former Tottenham manager is eager to strengthen weak points in the team.
The Argentine manager wants to replace the custodian, the midfield and the striker, and Onana is a player who has been connected to a move to Stamford Bridge in recent months.
Onana, who just moved to Milan last year, reportedly has a price tag of €40 million (£35 million/$44 million), with four years left on his deal.
Additionally, the Blues "really want" to sign the Cameroonian custodian, according to a recent Inter Live report.
This summer, the Blues are apparently interested in signing Onana because of his exceptional ball handling skills and recent performance on the path to the Champions League final. This is especially true given that Edouard Mendy, who is now out of favour, declined a contract extension at the club.
As of late, per the Italian publication TuttoMercatoWeb. According to reports, Chelsea and the prospective transfer have reached an agreement in principle.
Prior to this Saturday's Champions League final, the Serie A team is alleged to have rejected the Blues' opening offer of £34 million. As a result, discussions are expected to pick back up next week.
The stopper area may be upgraded because CHELSEA is one of the top teams in the world of football and requires the greatest players available.
In the next months, it will be intriguing to watch if Onana does in fact go to Stamford Bridge after being frequently linked to a move to the Premier League.
