But if they were to choose just one player to sign, Victor Osimhen might be the one.

Chelsea is in need of a top goalscorer, and the Napoli striker has established himself as one of Europe's greatest.

There is also considerable doubt regarding whether he would join a club without Champions League football after winning Serie A, but a Sky Italia reporter has recently stated on Sky Sports that Chelsea are, at the very least, a team that can "try" for him.
