Mauricio Pochettino wants to retain Lampard staff members on after his appointment

Additionally, he says Lampard himself may be a fascinating choice for a director who serves as a liaison between the board and the manager. We like the concept, but considering that we've hired roughly 5 men for vague director of football positions in the past 12 months, it might be excessive.
