They might fire Ancelotti in the summer if they are in danger of losing the tournament by falling to Manchester City in the first leg of their semifinal matchup next Tuesday.
The La Liga team would then need to look for a new head coach. Pochettino would reportedly be the choice of President Florentino Perez.
