Two Saudi Arabian teams approach a great player for Chelsea who will depart for good.
Two Saudi Arabian teams are interested in signing Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who will be leaving Chelsea during the summer.
Al Ahli and Al Shabab have reportedly already contacted Aubameyang to inquire about a possible transfer to the Saudi league, but it's unclear whether the 33-year-old is amenable to that. Fabrizio Romano reports that this has already happened.
When Los Angeles FC approached in February, the former Arsenal player declined because he wanted to stay in European sport and not accept a move to the MLS. Aubameynag is fully prepared to leave the club during the forthcoming transfer window, although it is unclear which European teams would make a bid for the undesired Chelsea player.
After Thomas Tuchel was fired, Aubameyang spent the bulk of the previous season on the bench because Graham Potter did not think highly of him.
The 33-year-old is a simple choice for Chelsea to raise cash since they need to sell players in the near future, but it is unclear where the Gabon international will ultimately go as Saudi Arabia is still interested in acquiring the attacker.
