Fabrizio Romano provides a date for the important Chelsea striker negotiations, stating that they "will be discussed"
In the upcoming weeks and months, Chelsea's owners and incoming manager Mauricio Pochettino will have a lot to settle, particularly once the transfer season formally begins very shortly.
Chelsea is reported to be aiming to recruit a new core for their club and bring in a few more new players to Stamford Bridge in addition to selling the majority of their present group.
They most definitely need to recruit a new striker, but little genuinely reliable information about prospective targets has surfaced. Romelu Lukaku, who is on loan from Inter Milan, may be the reason Pochettino and the team want to talk with him first. before they go all out to get a new striker themselves, they should see what he wants to do with his future.
According to Fabrizio Romano's most recent tweet, which is included below, Lukaku's first objective is to remain at Inter. But following the Champions League championship, Chelsea has arranged meetings with Inter about this, and it seems likely that they will also be meeting with the player.
