This summer, N'Golo Kante will reportedly leave Chelsea and sign for Al Ittihad in Saudi Arabia.

This afternoon, journalist Ben Jacobs asserted that N'Golo Kante's anticipated transfer to Al Ittihad is now a "done deal."

The 32-year-old is presently undergoing his physical with the Saudi Arabian champions in preparation for the impending transfer, it is informed.

The France international has also agreed to a two-year deal earning an astounding €100 million each season.

N'Golo Kante to Al-Ittihad is set, according to Jacobs' tweet. Following his acceptance of the two-year contract for €100 million each season last night, Kante is currently completing his physical.

Journalist Fabrizio Romano informed us through Twitter yesterday that Kante was almost ready to join Al Ittihad. In order to complete the paperwork, the club's directors only recently flew into London.

Kante's contract at Stamford Bridge ends at the end of the month, making him a free agent.

Blues supporters should be sad that the midfielder, who has been absolutely spectacular throughout his seven years in west London, won't given a decent farewell.

Kante and Eden Hazard stand out as the best among a group of really brilliant players if you're ranking the club's top players from the last seven years.

When healthy and at his best, Kante can still be a top performer, but in recent years, injuries have finally caught up with him. In the end, he only participated in nine games this season across all leagues.

The'special' midfielder will be remembered for his incredible stamina and capacity to cover every blade of grass on the pitch, though.

Nobody should object to his making a lucrative relocation to Saudi Arabia right now.
