Club 'waiting for the light' from Chelsea to finalise deal - 'Personal agreement' already made

Heerenveen of the Netherlands is 'waiting for the green light' from Chelsea to finalise a loan move for teenager Charlie Webster.

According to Leeuwarder Courant, Webster and they have already agreed upon personal details for a relocation to the Netherlands.

Since the beginning of the month, Webster has been connected to Heerenveen, with the explanation that they were interested in signing him to replace departed star Thom Haye.

According to a story from the beginning of the month, Kenneth Zandvlie, the Dutch club's new head scout and a former young scout for Chelsea, was probably interested in him. therefore should be familiar with the player.

Then, on the fifth, there was a story stating that there was a strong possibility Webster will be announced as Heerenveen's first summer signing in the following weeks.
In support of that, Leeuwarder Courant state that they have already come to a "personal agreement" over a move with the player.

They claim that they aren't 'waiting for the green light' from Chelsea to finalise the transfer, which will be a season-long loan agreement for the 19-year-old.

With just the Blues' consent needed before it goes through, the confirmation of the transaction seems to be only a matter of time.
