Former striker praises Chelsea loanee's performance: "The real one is coming back"
Chelsea still has some significant decisions to make this summer about the return of loan players, with several of them anticipated to return to the team at the end of the current season.
Naturally, there will be a brief hiatus before clubs resume preseason, but we'll soon be talking about the next season and looking at how squads are beginning to take shape.
This summer, Chelsea's team needs to "take shape," and it may end up looking significantly different from how it does now. Will any of the players on loan have a chance to play?
Romelu Lukaku, the Inter Milan striker who has been regaining his best form in recent weeks, will be one of them. Chelsea will need to make a choice, but a lot will also depend on the player's preferences.
He has been receiving excellent praises in the interim, the most recent being from Francesco Graziani, a former striker for Roma and Torino.
According to Graziani's comments, which were reported by Sempre Inter, "I've always maintained that [Romelu] Lukaku has to play a few more games; if he's doing well, we'll know what a player he is. In the past month, he has made a good recovery.
"While Lautaro Martinez has made the biggest contributions, Edin Dzeko has consistently displayed good behavior.
"Lukaku's cousin met us last summer; now the genuine one is back. You cannot undervalue the depth and physical power that Lukaku can give you.
