Romelu Lukaku, a striker for Chelsea, is ready to accept a wage reduction to stay with Inter longer.

Romelu Lukaku, a striker who is currently representing Inter Milan on loan from Chelsea, is in favor of securing a transfer. This summer, CFC expects to make a significant investment in a powerful striker, and Dusan Vlahovic of Juventus is one of the players being considered. Lukaku might leave the team if a new striker is added because he won't be the first choice.

Chelsea's $40 million bust shows up at West Ham's game to create transfer rumors
During the summer 2021 transfer window, Lukaku cost a record-breaking €115 million. But things haven't gone as planned during his second Chelsea term. After a disappointing season, CFC sent him out on loan last summer. The Belgian was ecstatic to be returning to Inter Milan, where he spent two seasons and scored 64 goals in 95 matches.

The Nerazzurri would pay a specific amount as loan fees, and the Blues would pay a share of their weekly salary of over €300,000. CFC hoped that Lukaku would go and that Inter Milan would begin talks for a long-term transfer despite the lack of a buy option.

Chelsea loanee Romelu Lukaku wants to stay at Inter Milan for a longer period of time.

However, Lukaku has actually missed 18 games in all competitions owing to injuries. Despite it being so late in the season, the big Belgian is still playing frequently and scoring goals.

Lukaku has six goals in his last five Serie A games. Lukaku's form has returned just in time as Simone Inzaghi's club prepares for the Coppa Italia final against Fiorentina and the UEFA Champions League final against Manchester City.

Lukaku will return to Chelsea when his loan at Inter expires, according to Inter CEO Giuseppe Marotta.

However, the Belgian hopes to stay at Inter longer. According to Football Italia, the 30-year-old is willing to forgo compensation in order to stay at Inter and leave Chelsea.

Inter will need to ensure they make the Champions League, and CFC will need to give Inter a discount on the loan agreement.

Romelu Lukaku's future as the club's manager is still up in the air, according to Mauricio Pochettino. The Argentine manager intends to speak with Lukaku before determining whether or not to include him in the project.

Victor Osimhen's replacement has been identified by Mauricio Pochettino.
No matter what, CFC intends to purchase a top-tier striker to help them out this season with their goal-scoring woes. A potential candidate is Juventus forward Vlahovic.

A striker named Victor Osimhen of Napoli has also been suggested. According to Fabrizio Romano, the Blues have not made a bid for the Serbian forward. Chelsea is still interested in him, although serious talks have not yet started.
