Pochettino wants to make a cheap transfer deal to bring an Argentine to Chelsea.

Paulo Dybala, an Argentine international, is wanted by Mauricio Pochettino to join CHELSEA for the upcoming campaign.

Chelsea is nearing the end of one of its worst seasons in recent memory and, given their current form, may not even finish inside the top ten by the end of the campaign.

Although Mauricio Pochettino is on his way to the club at the end of the season, they do not yet have a permanent manager. It is believed that the club will need to bring in some elite players if they hope to play in the Champions League next year.

And as a result, Dybala is a player whom the club is reportedly strongly interested in, according to ongoing media rumours.

A number of releasing clauses were apparently agreed upon when the attacker joined Jose Mourinho's team for free. These clauses supposedly became active after one year.

According to a new report from Fichajes, Dybala's €12 million termination clause makes it more simpler for the Blues to sign the former Juventus player.

Despite the low transfer fee, Dybala is expected to demand substantial pay and he must want the move because sources suggest he will want almost £300k per week.

One of the best attacking players in the world a few years ago, Dybala would have been a huge signing for CHELSEA. However, that is no longer the case.

He lacks the skills necessary to succeed in the Premier League, thus Chelsea would be better off focusing on acquiring players with established track records in the English league.

Therefore, even if Pochettino wants him to join the team, it might not be the best decision to help CHELSEA return to the top and challenge.

He might, however, add something to that Blues onslaught, we suppose.
