A "CRAZY OFFER" will enable Chelsea to acquire the World Cup champion and finest player in the Premier League.

Goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez is a CHELSEA target, and Gabby Agbonlahor has stated that it would take a "crazy" deal for Aston Villa to even consider selling him.

Although Chelsea are currently seeking a new manager to appoint, rumors persist that Ted Boehly is still ready to add a few more players during the transfer period.

It is also no secret that the Blues are concerned about the goalkeeping position, with Kepa being too unreliable to serve as the team's primary goalkeeper and Edouard Mendy rumored to be leaving the club.

And as a result, Martinez is reportedly already on the shopping list of the incoming Chelsea manager, according to media reports.

The World Cup winner has played in 34 games in all competitions this year, allowing 36 goals while maintaining 13 clean sheets. On many occasions this year, he has even donned the captain's armband for Unai Emery's team.

When asked by Football Insider if his former team should consider bids for the goalie this summer, Agbonlahor responded, "I wouldn't, no.

"Villa owners won't want to sell anyone unless there is a release clause.

"Martinez has been excellent, so it seems sense that he wants to play in the Champions League now that he's won the World Cup.

"However, I'm confident that a manager like Emery can convince him to do it with Aston Villa. He has an extended contract.

"I doubt Villa will take bids into consideration. I don't see it happening unless there is an absurd offer of £50-$60 million or something equally ludicrous.
