Transfer rumours: Chelsea will steal a £53 million star from Manchester United in exchange for a couple of players
In the span of a single day, the hijackers transform into the hijackees as Chelsea attempts to outbid Manchester United for a £53 million center-back.

ATTACKING A HIT
According to a report published on Friday, Manchester United has "opened talks" with the agents of Kim Min-jae of Napoli and has made them a "colossal" contract offer.

The powers that be in charge of transfer rumours viewed that as a hijack because the 26-year-old has also been sporadically connected with moves to Manchester City and Liverpool.

The South Korean footballer, who for some reason is one of those players we're supposed to refer to as a 'giant' and note his height, despite 6ft 3in not really being that abnormally big, is now poised to be signed by Chelsea in less than a day after the hijackers became the hijcackees.

Nevertheless, he is really talented, which is why there is so much interest in him. He helped Napoli win Serie A this season by making 33 appearances and contributing to their 16 shutouts.

Ignazio Genuardi, a journalist, claims that Chelsea will try to utilise both Christian Pulisic and Kalidou Koulibaly, a former center-back for Napoli who only recently joined the Blues, as part of a deal to bring Kim Min-jae to Stamford Bridge.

After spending £600 million in Todd Boehly's first season as owner, there have been some rumours that Chelsea may ease up on their transfer spending, but Genuardi says they will be 'active' once more this summer.

According to rumours, the club is looking to replace the England international with former Arsenal midfielder Matteo Guendouzi.

After having a falling out with Mikel Arteta, Guendouzi left the Emirates for Marseille in 2021, making a loan move to the French giants permanent last summer.

The 24-year-old has subsequently made more than 40 appearances for the team, but in recent weeks he has fallen out of favour, fueling rumours that the French powerhouses could sell in the right deal.

Although Guendouzi recently stated he felt "powerless" in his current circumstances during a press conference, it is unclear whether he would be receptive to returning to the Premier League with West Ham.

RAMAYAN RACE
David Raya of Brentford is rumoured to be on the short lists of Tottenham, Manchester United and Chelsea for the position of custodian.

The Spanish custodian, who has one year left on his contract, may be lost, manager Thomas Frank acknowledged, confirming his price.

Without a doubt, David (Raya) is a case where we still have a year to see what will happen. David is here, and we couldn't be happier," Frank remarked.

Everyone is aware that he is a custodian worth at least £40 million, and we are ready for any position.

For the proper price, there's a chance he'll depart this summer, and if that occurs, we obviously need to be ready.
