It appears like Chelsea may need to find a different target.
Chelsea's top goalkeeper target is not something Mauricio Pochettino prefers.
Mauricio Pochettino is reportedly making decisions on recruitment targets even though he hasn't even been named the new Chelsea manager, at least according to a report from today.

According to a report from The Daily Mail, Christian Pulisic may leave Chelsea this summer due to interest.

However, this piece also includes a section on potential transfer targets for this summer, which supports widespread rumors that Chelsea is interested in goalkeeper Andre Onana of Inter Milan as they want to offload either/both of Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy.

Pochettino, who will soon take over as manager of Chelsea, does not favor a move for Onana, so if Chelsea name him as their new manager and want to give him some influence over transfer decisions, they may need to look at alternative options.
