He's affable, and the athletes will look up to him.- Gary Neville supports the 51-year-old to turn around Chelsea's performance
'Surprise' appearance by Manchester United icon Gary Neville Prediction for Chelsea under Mauricio Pochettino
After a disastrous period under Graham Potter and Frank Lampard, Gary Neville has endorsed Mauricio Pochettino to turn around Chelsea's fortunes the following season.

In order to hire Potter from Brighton & Hove Albion, the Blues fired Thomas Tuchel in September. The Englishman left the club after seven months, and Frank Lampard was appointed as the club's interim manager.

Since then, he has lost each of the club's five games he has coached, and it is now official that the Blues will not participate in the UEFA Champions League next year. They are now ranked 12th overall and in the table of cup events.

For Chelsea supporters in the twenty-first century, this season has arguably been the most forgettable. Pochettino has emerged as a major candidate for the position of new permanent manager that the club is still searching for.

Poch will manage Chelsea.
He is reportedly very close to being named Chelsea's new manager. Since being let go by Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) last summer, the 51-year-old has been without a club. Neville described the former Tottenham Hotspur manager, via the Overlap.

Neville made a wise forecast with it. Pochettino has a reputation as a coach who never stirs up trouble, either on or off the football pitch.

He assembled a group of young players over his five years at Spurs to form a club that advanced to the UEFA Champions League final. Chelsea is in desperate need of a hero. Sincerly, anything will be an improvement over our existing campaign.
